Job Description

The Sales Executive at Sky Hub will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and leasing office solutions, including serviced offices, coworking spaces, and other facilities. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting property tours, preparing proposals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry to deal closure. Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation & Conversion.• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email, calls, and walk-ins.• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.• Convert leads into confirmed office leases or memberships.Client Engagement:• Conduct professional office tours for potential clients.• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions.• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.Sales Process & Documentation:• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and lease agreements.• Coordinate with the operations and finance teams for move-ins and contract execution.• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in serviced offices, real estate, or hospitality).• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
