Business Development Representative

Headquartered in Expo Dubai, we’re building cutting-edge fintech solutions that bridge traditional finance and blockchain technology.We’re looking for 2 Business Development Representatives (BDR) to help us grow our footprint across the CIS and MENA regions.What You’ll Do • Identify and engage new business opportunities across target markets.• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline.• Research and connect with key decision-makers in fintech, banking, and enterprise sectors.• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation campaigns.• Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the senior sales team.• Keep CRM data up-to-date and report on lead progress.• Support business development activities, events, and trade shows.What We’re Looking For • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) - Russian would be an added advantage• 1–3 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales—preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.• Confident communicator and relationship builder.• Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented.• Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).• Passion for fintech, crypto, or digital innovation is a big plus!What You’ll Get • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.• A chance to be part of a high-growth fintech startup shaping the future of finance.• Dynamic, multicultural environment based in Dubai.• Opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.
