Job Title: Sales Executive – HORECA (Food Industry)Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in HORECA Sales (Food Industry only)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has a strong background in the HORECA sector within the UAE food industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients. Experience in retail or wholesale will NOT be considered.Key Responsibilities:Identify, acquire, and manage HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, Institutions) across Dubai and UAE.Drive sales growth for food product categories by building strong client relationships.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.Maintain strong follow-ups on orders, deliveries, and collections.Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, finance) for smooth client servicing.Ensure proper visibility, product placement, and brand promotion at client sites.Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast business growth.Required Experience & Skills:Mandatory: Experience in HORECA sales within the food industry in UAE.Strong understanding of UAE HORECA market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
