The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales strategy, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, managing a sales team, developing and executing client proposals, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating across teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business development. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, including the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targetsStrong client relationship management skills and the ability to develop long-term partnershipsExpertise in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in using CRM systems and sales management softwareUnderstanding of the interior design and fit-out industry is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
