Sales Manager – Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) | Energizer MEAAThe Sales Manager, Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) is a strategically critical role within the Energizer MEAA business, responsible for leading commercial strategy and execution across national online partners. This position drives alignment between Energizer’s business objectives and customer strategies, ensuring delivery of key performance metrics today while building a foundation for future growth.The Q-Commerce Sales Manager will be a pioneering leader, responsible for establishing and executing our Q-Commerce channel strategy across the MEA region (Middle East & Africa). This role requires a data-driven expert capable of building and managing strategic relationships at both Chief-level and operational levels with key regional platforms. The mission is to aggressively open new market opportunities, optimize channel performance, and achieve ambitious regional Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and sales targets. This entrepreneurial position is critical for securing long-term growth and market share in the rapidly evolving Q-Commerce space.ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Universal Accountabilities:Develop and execute Q-Commerce and E-Commerce channel strategies.Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with major platforms (Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.).Deliver regional revenue, GM, and overall Customer P&L targets.Specific Accountabilities:Define and execute annual/quarterly sales growth strategies and action plans based on in-depth MEAA Q-Commerce market analysis.Manage monthly sales performance to meet net sales and GM targets.Maintain product/portfolio hygiene on individual platforms to ensure optimal assortment.Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with Q-Commerce platforms to secure sustainable growth.Monitor sales performance using data analysis to identify immediate operational and promotional improvements.Optimize product placement, pricing, and stock availability within platforms to maximize profitability.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement efficient operational processes tailored to Q-Commerce.Conduct regular status meetings with milestone tracking and escalation of roadblocks as necessary.Explore and develop new business growth opportunities within the channel.What We Are Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, or FMCG (vendor or supplier side).Strong understanding of major E-Commerce/Q-Commerce platforms, distribution landscapes, and growth levers.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluent professional English proficiency.Data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.Strong autonomy and drive for pioneering new markets.Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience on the vendor/supplier side with Q-Commerce platforms.Knowledge of online grocery or FMCG delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.Ability to scale from execution-focused responsibilities to full strategic ownership over time.
