We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team.Role Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and representing the brand in a professional manner within the mall environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing.Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate cash management.Keep the display area clean, attractive, and well-stocked.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Report daily sales and feedback to the supervisor/manager.Support promotional activities and campaigns as required.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in sales or customer service (retail, mall, or field sales preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Energetic, confident, and target-driven.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer literacy (POS, billing software, etc.).Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Creole is an advantage.Working Hours:6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays as per roster).Rotational shifts depending on mall hours.Salary:Competitive salary (including travel allowances)
