Sales Manager - B2CAED 10,000 per month + AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 per month CommissionDubai, UAE Sales Manager is required for a platform that helps couples plan and personalise their wedding journey with practical tools and guidance. It offers features for managing guest lists, organising vendors, tracking budgets and creating customised wedding checklists. Couples can explore inspiration, coordinate key tasks and streamline communication with friends and family. You will lead and develop a team of 6-10 sales executives, driving higher conversion rates from daily inbound leads while increasing revenue per lead through structured KPI tracking and performance management. You will coach team members to become stronger sellers, strengthen objection handling skills, assess capability gaps. Skills Required:3-5+ years of experience in Sales.Prior team management experience (6-10 direct reports preferred).Strong background in B2C / high-empathy sales.Strong closer with structured sales methodology.Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a strong plus).
