Role Description This full-time on-site role of Sales Account Manager is based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role includes managing customer accounts, generating leads, and driving sales while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand and meet their IT infrastructure needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management and fulfilling Customer Satisfaction goalsProficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clientsExcellent Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teamsProven sales experience, particularly in the IT industry, is highly beneficialAbility to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
