Sales Manager Experience in the air compressor industry from 5- 6 Years Sales Manager – Air Compressors (Oil-Injected, Oil-Free, Turbo & Centrifugal)Location: CairoDepartment: Sales Reports To: BLMJob Purpose:To lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and drive business growth in the field of industrial air compressors (oil-injected, oil-free, turbo, and centrifugal). The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for compressors and related equipment.Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers across multiple sectors.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and support.Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical department.Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and potential areas for growth.Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and technical presentations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the air compressor industry (oil-injected, oil-free, turbo, and centrifugal).Proven track record in industrial equipment sales and team leadership.Strong understanding of compressor systems, applications, and technical specifications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.Personal Attributes:Results-oriented with strong business acumen.Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
