The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HVAC equipment sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.Job Title: Sales Manager – Dubai Company: Finpower Aircon LLCLocation: Dubai, UAESalary Range: AED 18,000 – 22,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:·        Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Finpower’s market presence.·        Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve company goals.·        Manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and MEP contractors.·        Oversee proposal preparation, bidding, and negotiations.·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.·        Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.Qualifications & Experience:·        Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering ·        10 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the UAE.·        In-depth technical understanding of AHUs, FCUs, Ecology and related systems.·        Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.·        Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.·        Valid UAE driving license preferred.What We Offer:·        Attractive salary package (AED 18,000 – 22,000 per month) based on experience.·        Performance-based bonuses and incentives.·        Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.·        Opportunity to lead and grow with a leading HVAC brand.
