We are committed to transforming financial wellness for employees and providing efficient tools for employers.Position Overview:We are looking for a Sales Manager (Batam/Medan/Bandung/Surabaya) to join our Sales Acquisition team. Your responsibilities are to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the management.Key Responsibilities:B2B Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure partnerships with mid- to large-sized companies across multiple industries in the Batam/Medan/Bandung/Surabaya areas.Consultative Selling: Engage HR, Finance, and C-Level stakeholders to understand their workforce needs and design impactful, value-driven solutions.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to educate clients and drive buy-in from multiple decision-makers.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage the end-to-end sales process, and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and value proposition.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Banking or SME Credit segments.Capable of conducting preliminary assessments to evaluate potential clients’ creditworthiness.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into impactful solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Confident in engaging C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions.Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
