With our strategic location in India, we offer cost-effective and high-quality manufacturing solutions to clients worldwide.TasksProactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (outbound and inbound)Conduct discovery calls to understand client needsPresent Insourcify’s solutions and guide clients through the decision-making processManage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing dealsCollaborate closely with marketing and operations to align on target groups and messagingRequirementsFull professional fluency in German (C1 or higher)Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business developmentProven success in handling client-facing roles and closing dealsExperience in service-based or consulting sales is a strong plusEligible to work in the EU / Germany
