Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Quezon City. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive all sales activities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, mentoring sales staff, and coordinating with other departments to align goals and strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementMarket Trend Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilitiesTeam Leadership and Mentorship experienceExcellent Negotiation and Communication skillsOrganizational, Project Management, and Problem-Solving abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools and Sales AnalyticsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in a manufacturing or metal industry is a plus
