Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, with a base location in Bandar Baru Bangi and flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee sales planning and execution, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include guiding the sales team, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance to meet organizational objectives. QualificationsProven experience in closing B2B sales,Experience in food and beverage industries and hospitality,Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsLeadership capabilities, including team mentoring and performance managementSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
