Sales Manager (Plastic Packaging Industry)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (SAP user) at Medco Plast Company For Packing and Packaging Systems (Indorama Ventures), located in Giza. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and export activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for utilizing SAP for sales processes, data analysis, and reporting.QualificationsMinimum experience of 15 years.Proficiency in using SAP for sales processes, data analysis, and reportingExperience with sales management, sales strategy development, and team leadershipStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze market trends and provide actionable insightsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a must.
