Job Description

Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned category, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the category.Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product development and enhancements.Work closely with Sales teams to define product features, specifications, and user experiences. Translate customer requirements into actionable product requirements.Create and manage a clear and prioritized product roadmap for the category. Continuously refine the roadmap based on changing market dynamics and feedback.Collaborate with various teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Provide training and resources to support these teams in effectively promoting and selling the products.Monitor product performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics. Analyze data to make informed decisions on product improvements and optimizations.Champion a user-centric mindset throughout the product development process. Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on the product to deliver the best possible user experience.Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and marketing campaigns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.Proven experience of at least 10 years as a Product Manager or in a related role, preferably in the technology or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decisions.Familiarity with the Philippines market and consumer preferences is advantageous.Product management certifications are a plus.Can start ASAP.Head Office909 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Sto.
