Managed by UJ Hotels & Resorts Management Services Sdn Bhd, RAIA Hotel is committed to exceptional service and quality standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Penang. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals, manage relationships with new and existing clients, and generate revenue by identifying business opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining an active pipeline, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with the hotel's brand and customer needs.Qualifications & Requirements:Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Marketing and Customer Relationship Management expertise, focusing on understanding customer needs, implementing strategies, and developing promotional initiatives.Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and present sales pitches.Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities for market trend analysis and creating impactful sales strategies.Leadership and Team Management to inspire and guide the sales team, ensuring a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.Proficiency in CRM software, report generation, and Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Prior experience in hospitality sales or knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a significant advantage.Availability: Immediate*Preferably Malaysian citizens
