The bank is recognized for its commitment to sustainable growth and exceptional customer service. Role Description This is a full-time based in Vientiane for a Sales Manager at ST Bank Laos. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage and mentor sales teams, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and driving consistent growth for the bank. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship ManagementLeadership, Team Management, and Training SkillsKnowledge in Banking Services, Financial Products, and Market AnalysisStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation SkillsProficiency with Sales Software and CRM ToolsAbility to develop and execute sales strategies effectivelyBachelor's degree or Master in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in the banking or financial industry is a significant advantageFluency in Lao and Business English is preferred
