Deputy Sales Manager

Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, controlling budgeting, and providing training/mentorship to the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vientiane. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilitiesSales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management skillsAnalytical thinking and ability to create sales reports and budgetsEffective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of marketing principles and experience in implementing campaignsProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within an agency environmentFluency in English is required; familiarity with additional languages is a plus
