Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with an option for partial remote work. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals, manage relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs, prepare sales reports, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to lead and motivate the sales team effectively. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth expertise.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and effectively conveying product knowledge.Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify trends, assess competition, and build effective sales strategies.Leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate a sales team, monitor performance, and implement effective training.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with prior sales management experience in a relevant industry preferred.
