The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expertise on property options, negotiating deals, and facilitating transactions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting briefings, and connecting with brokerage firms. Marketing available projects and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.RequirementsPossess a valid Real Estate LicenseExperience in real estate transactions, property management, and understanding of the real estate marketStrong Brokerage NetworkStrong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationshipsProficiency in sales and negotiation techniquesKnowledge of real property laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
