The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee marketing and sales operations, develop strategies to enhance brand presence, identify business opportunities, and manage client relations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and working collaboratively with the management team to achieve revenue growth goals. The role also involves promoting the unique experiences offered at Planet Lodges and fostering partnerships within the hospitality and travel industry.QualificationsExperience of 5+ years in marketing strategy, brand management, and creating successful sales campaignsSkills in market research and data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and opportunitiesStrong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, with experience in promoting cultural or boutique experiencesProficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creationProject management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageExperience in Hospitality or African Safaris Sales & Marketing an advantage
