As our Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the architect of our CRM, the optimizer of our revenue funnel, and the go-to expert for marketing technology and campaign execution.This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and growth strategy - you’ll help us move faster, smarter, and more efficiently across Sales and Marketing.We are pleased to offer this role in multiple locations: Switzerland (Lausanne), France (Paris), Poland (Kraków), and Spain (Madrid).Key Responsibilities:CRM OperationsLead the selection, configuration, management, and optimization of a new CRM platformTranslate business requirements from each of our three business lines into a unified CRM architecture with consistent record typesManage CRM migration efforts from the former CRM tool, including the transfer and mapping of historical data hosted in existing platformsDesign and implement record type architecture, workflows, standard & custom fields, and automations that reflect the needs of different business lines and stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance)Create detailed attribution reporting that links every lead and opportunity with the proper source and campaignMaintain data integrity and governance across systems; establish policies for duplicate prevention, field usage, and integrationsPartner with sales leaders to optimize pipeline stages, forecasting, account ownership models, and quota/revenue trackingDevelop and maintain dashboards/reports that provide visibility into funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, rep performance, and revenue efficiencyMarketing Operations & TechnologyConfigure, manage, and optimize marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation tools, advertising platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, LinkedIn Ads), analytics solutions (e.g., Matomo, Google Search Console), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Build, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting)Develop segmentation, scoring models, nurture programs, and attribution frameworks to maximize lead conversion and revenue impactPartner with creative and content leads to ensure smooth campaign launches and accurate trackingRevenue & Performance AnalyticsBuild and optimize end-to-end reporting that connects marketing performance to sales outcomes and revenue impactImplement multi-touch attribution models to measure ROI across channelsDeliver insights on customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), funnel velocity, and campaign efficiencyTranslate insights into recommendations for leadership, helping allocate spend and prioritize initiativesQualifications5-7 years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations, ideally in organizations with diverse sales targets and complex sales cyclesProven experience as a CRM administrator/architect (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Sugar, or equivalent), with the ability to design complex objects, workflows, and integrationsStrong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, programmatic/display)Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, or other)Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel management, and revenue attributionExceptional cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management; able to translate technical detail into business impact.HUGE PLUSES: CRM administrator certifications, Marketing Automation certifications, and web analytics certifications (GA4, etc.)Why You’ll Love It HereYou’ll be the architect of growth infrastructure - shaping how Sales and Marketing work together from the ground upYou’ll get to experiment, move quickly, and see your impact in real timeYou’ll have a clear path for growth as we scaleCan't cover everything?
