Roles & Responsibilities:Innovation Center Management:Center asset management, security management, utility management, compliance managementPeople logistics, registration for both internals and externals, hosting for center visits and receptionsfacilitate marketing activities and training programsCenter daily maintenanceProject Management:Collaborate internally with cross teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, IC, IS etc.) and externally with government for Government KPI achievement tracking and reporting to ensure contract executionSaaS Business Operation SupportDrive sales performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline analytics to support Client Executives and Sales Leader.Maintain and optimize sales tools, dashboards, and reporting processes for accurate business insights.Collaborate with finance, legal, and HR to streamline deal workflows, pricing, and incentive plans.Support operational readiness for cloud solution offerings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in sales operations or business analysis in a SaaS or IT environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Experience with CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).Proactive, collaborative, and fluent in both Mandarin and English.Critical thinking with AI mindsetAbility to interpret AI-driven insightsAI tool proficiency (Deepseek, Mita, KIMI, etc.)Prompt engineeringWilling to relocate to SHI Jiazhuang per busines requestSkillsProfessional SkillsAdvise on efficiency improvementsForecast future levels of businessForecast sales over periods of timeICT sales methodologiesInterpret business informationPerform business analysisReport on overall management of a businessTrack key performance indicatorsSoft SkillsAccountabilityProcessing InformationInclusion statementAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Syst�s is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
