That’s where you come in.As our new S&OE Specialist, you’ll be the early warning system, the decision enabler, and the calm in the storm—transforming data into clarity and driving impactful decisions when they matter most.What You’ll Be Doing Launch and lead the Sales & Operations Execution process Monitor real-time shifts between demand and supply at a tactical level Collaborate across functions to align priorities and actions Drive fast, data-driven decisions through indirect leadership and matrix management Ensure structured prioritization and consistent follow-through What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in S&OE, SIOP, or Production/Operations Planning in a multinational setting Solid understanding of order handling and MRP planning Proven leadership—direct or indirect (2–3 years) Strong stakeholder engagement and crisis management skills Advanced Excel skills (handling large datasets) Experience with SAP and Anaplan (a plus!)
