With a dedicated team of experienced customs brokers, transit specialists, and support staff, we ensure the timely and professional processing of various customs declarations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom. As an active member of Fenex, we stay up to date with the latest customs developments and continuously adapt our processes accordingly. Our rapidly growing client base includes both small and large, nationally and internationally renowned logistics service providers, importers, and exporters.Our Company CultureWhile we are not physically involved in the logistics process, we fully understand the importance of our services within the supply chain. You will play a key role within this client group and within our organization. As our customer base grows, so does our company, creating plenty of room for your own ideas and contributions.Your role as Sales Operations & Inside Sales SpecialistIn this role, you will take full ownership of the Sales Back Office. You’ll handle and follow up on incoming commercial inquiries, prepare quotations, conduct commercial calls, and onboard new customers. You act as the first point of contact for our clients as well as our offices across four countries.You ensure commercial processes run smoothly, information is accurately recorded, and deadlines are met. You bring structure, clarity, and predictability into a dynamic commercial environment.You create reports, identify trends, and support management with clear and reliable data.You will work closely with the Account Managers and the Head of Commerce, having a direct impact on our growth in all active markets.What do you bring to the table?Commercial affinity and a completed commercial education (minimum MBO level 3 or equivalent);Ability to work independently, structured, and accurately — even when request volumes rise;Customer-focused with clear communication skills, ensuring clients and colleagues can rely on timely and accurate information;Enjoy advising customers and distinguishing yourself through your approach;Strong analytical skills and an interest in making commercial data transparent and insightful;A team player who thrives in a small team, takes initiative, and embraces responsibility;Strong command of Dutch and English; German is a significant plus;Experience, knowledge, or a network in logistics is an advantage, not a requirement;Communicative, proactive, and decisive.What do you get?Salary: €2.700 – €3.700 depending on knowledge and experience;A modern office with an informal atmosphere in the heart of Rijswijk, within walking distance of public transport;A fast-growing organization with lots of room for your own input and development.
