As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll join our Revenue Operations team and support critical sales and marketing initiatives. Interns are expected to work onsite at least three days per week, with a minimum of five hours per day. It’s a great way to stay connected, collaborate face-to-face, and maximize hands-on learning with the teamResponsibilitiesTrack and manage inbound and marketing-generated leadsClean and update account and contact data in SalesforceSupport data quality initiatives for sales and marketing, including segmentation and reportingCollaborate with team members to improve lead management and conversionHelp maintain and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboardsRequirementsAvailability for at least 3 months (with potential to extend based on performance)Strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindsetInterest in learning Salesforce and understanding sales/marketing opsFamiliarity with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet toolsMust be able to work onsite in Santa Barbara at least 3 days per week, for 5+ hours per dayAvailability to work at least 20 hours per week during standard business hoursBonusPrior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systemsExposure to data management, reporting, or segmentationUnderstanding of basic sales or marketing conceptsLOCATIONArtera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA.
