We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Partnerships Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem across the travel industry and creator space. Read Before Applying🚫 Do Not Apply If: • You are not a South African citizen currently living in South Africa. • You do not have hands-on experience managing partnerships, influencers, or affiliate programmes. • You are not comfortable doing proactive outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to secure new partners. • You cannot show evidence of results from partnerships you’ve managed (e.g. revenue, bookings, signups, sales). What You’ll Be DoingYou will own our sales and partnership pipeline for travel industry partners, affiliates, and content creators. Your focus will be on acquiring new partners, negotiating deals, maintaining long-term relationships, and turning these partnerships into a scalable, predictable revenue channel. Core Responsibilities• Identify, research, and prioritise potential partners: travel agencies, OTAs, travel blogs, deal sites, comparison portals, influencers, and content creators. • Conduct proactive outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to pitch travSIM’s SIM/eSIM solutions and secure new deals. • Design and manage an affiliate / partner programme (commission structures, codes, tracking, reporting). • Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and promotional packages with partners. • Onboard new partners and ensure they have the right assets (links, creatives, landing pages, training). • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners; act as the main point of contact for key accounts. • Work closely with marketing to create joint campaigns, co-branded content, and partner promotions. • Track partner performance (revenue, signups, bookings, conversion rates) and optimise for ROI. • Maintain a clear pipeline and activity log using CRM and spreadsheets (forecasting, reporting, follow-ups). • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management. Required Skills & Experience• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or affiliate/influencer management. • Proven track record of closing deals and managing a portfolio of partners or key accounts. • Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or B2B partners in travel, telecoms, SaaS, or eCommerce. • Confident in outreach, pitching, and negotiating commercial terms (commission, revenue share, minimums). • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and spreadsheets for reporting and forecasting. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal). • Highly organised, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. • Results-driven and comfortable working to clear revenue and growth targets. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)• Existing network of contacts in the travel industry, creator/influencer space, or affiliate marketing. • Experience running or contributing to affiliate programmes or partner portals. • Experience with tracking links, promo codes, and UTM-based performance tracking. • Exposure to international markets (e.g. UK, EU, US) and cross-border partnerships. Why Join Us• Be part of a fast-growing travel tech brand with global reach. • Build and scale a high-impact partner channel almost from the ground up. • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to shape our growth strategy. • Join a collaborative office-based team culture in Johannesburg South. • Enjoy performance-based incentives linked directly to the growth you help create.
