Your mission is to drive top-of-funnel pipeline creation and effectively support leads through the entire loan application and comparison processPart time 20h/week - 3 month contract to start with, with a strong option to extendWe are open to candidates anywhere in NZ (remote), or Auckland (remote or hybrid) - the current team of 4 is based in Auckland, with a beautiful office space in the CBD that we use on a hybrid basisPrimary communication with customers is via phone and email. We value flexibility - some in person engagement may be required in the future where it benefits the customer or teamCompensation: we will pay a guaranteed base well within market rates + attractive flat commissions for all successful and converted loan referrals - whether you brought in the lead or help convert an existing lead. Your on target earnings will scale with your performance!Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation (Cold Outreach): Proactively contact local businesses e.g. through cold calling to build awareness, inquire about their finance comparison needs, and drive top of funnel traffic to the Bizzy marketplace.2. Inbound Lead Nurturing: Qualify and engage leads generated from various marketing and sales automation channels, nurturing their interest toward using the Bizzy comparison platform.3. Support and Convert Customers: Guide signed up leads through the loan comparison and application journey, explaining the process, chasing missing documentation, and outlining next steps to maximize conversion rates. You will not provide financial advice.4.
