Sales RepresentativeWe are looking for a capable Sales Representative.Pawno.io is an innovative Estonian startup founded by Estonians. Our goal is to make traditional pawnbroking accessible and convenient for everyone, by creating the world’s first fully online pawn shop platform. Pawno.io connects borrowers and pawn shops, allowing users to apply for and secure a collateral-backed loan entirely online — without leaving their homes.Key responsibilities:Identify and reach out to new business partners, including pawn shops and other potential collaborators, and build strong partnerships.Manage and nurture existing partnerships to strengthen our network and position in the market.Relay business feedback from pawn shops to our IT/development team.Participate in planning and testing development solutions based on business needs and partner input.Prepare sales and business analyses.Candidate requirements:Previous experience in sales.Independent, technically savvy, proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Precise, reliable, responsible, and honest.Fluent in Spanish and English; able to communicate in Estonian.Comfortable working in a rotation of 2 weeks in Estonia (office) and 2 weeks on assignment in Spain.Good computer skillsWhat we offer:Interesting and varied work in a global company.Professional, friendly, and supportive team.Modern working environment in our office in central Tallinn + necessary work tools.Competitive salary and bonus systemStart date: January 2026.
