Job Description

Identify and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new potential markets.Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Continuously improve through feedback.Bachelors degree.Proven experience in sales or customer service in the automotive, construction, heavy equipment industryWith a strong understanding of the sales process.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targetsWilling to work in Quezon City
