Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, with primary responsibilities based in Zurich and the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and provide training when necessary. The role also includes identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceExperience in Sales and Sales ManagementCapability in providing Training and mentorshipProven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationshipsFluency in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German or French) is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to operate independently and in hybrid work environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
