Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Sales Team professional. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing client relationships, generating leads, and presenting tailored solutions to property owners. The role also involves negotiating agreements, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through expert consultation and support. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsAbility to identify leads, conduct outreach, and close agreements effectivelyKnowledge of property management, vacation home rentals, or real estate marketsProficiency in communication, networking, and presentation skillsGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsSelf-motivated and team-oriented with strong organizational skillsFluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
