Job Description

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.Requirements:Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
