Archrival is partnering with a leading non-alcoholic beer brand to execute a multi-state, event-based mobile sampling tour. This tour will take place over approximately 5-months (Late-April to September) across key cities in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida.With oversight from Archrival, the Sampling Tour Lead (STL) will manage a Sampling Tour Specialist (STS) and locally-based teams to activate on behalf of the brand at events throughout the above-listed markets. In addition to base compensation, travel costs and per-diem will be provided aligned to the tour's event schedule. WHO YOU ARE:Sampling Tour Leads are dynamic, seasoned brand tour/event professionals who thrive on the road. They confidently lead teams of varying experience levels to execute safe and efficient event load-in/setup, consumer sampling, and breakdown/load-out before moving on to the next location. They ensure all events deliver a consistent, premium, and on-brand experience for attendees while supporting their staff and delivering on daily sampling volume targets. Most importantly, they are a dependable leader with a positive attitude who can handle a shifting schedule (evenings/weekends), give/receive feedback well, and show up consistently for the full run of the tour.YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:Lead Brand Execution: Facilitate high-quality, on-brand event setup and execution to consistently hit sampling volume targets and KPIs. Uphold Safety Standards: Oversee load-in and load-out, enforce safety and compliance standards, and maintain a clean, professional event footprint at all times. Manage Inventory + Assets: Own inventory accuracy, resupply requests and full chain of custody for all product and event assets. Serve as On-Site Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics, permits, venue partners and consumer-facing issue resolution. Reporting + Insights: Complete accurate daily reporting (in partnership with STS) that covers sampling performance, consumer insights and tour-related incidents/recommendations. Lead + Manage the Team: Partner with Archrival to identify efficient tour routes and coordinate travel bookings. Own daily team schedules and on-site staffing plans while maintaining energy and morale. Proactively enforce breaks, safety protocol and best practices to prevent burnout or injury throughout the day. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Work Background. 5+ years of brand event/touring experience with a proven ability to hit KPIs. Beverage sampling experience strongly preferred.Area Specialization. Experience leading brand activations, handling travel logistics, assembling production assets (trussing, temp. Flooring, etc.), and managing mid-scale event footprints.Exceptional Communicator: Confident and outgoing professional communicator with experience managing teams, event personnel, and consumers with a wide variety of personalities.Entrepreneurial Spirit. Self-driven to complete tasks and proactive to solve problems before they impact the team, tour, or brand.Driving Reliability: Dependable driver with a clean driving record. Experienced and comfortable operating large vehicles. Compliance Certified: Possess (or be willing to acquire) an active TIPS or state-equivalent service certification. Constant Learner. Seek on-site learnings and adjust event approach to find continuous opportunities for improvement.Full-time Availability. Able to work 40 hours-a-week with a shifting work schedule that includes evening and weekend work activations and travel. Easy Spirit. Comfortable with the short-term nature of this newly created position, currently slated to run late-April through September 2026. COMPENSATION PACKAGECompensation range for the role is $33–$35/hour based on market and experience, plus eligibility for benefits.
