You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective sanctions controls, conduct thorough risk assessments, and provide guidance on compliance matters. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.What You Will Be DoingAdvise business units and support units on Sanctions issues and potential impact of regulatory requirementsConduct risk assessment on sanctions related hits triggering from name and transactional screeningConduct sanctions investigationsProvide comments on customer review from sanctions perspectiveMaintain the sanction-related internal watchlistConduct user acceptance test on system enhancement projectHandle ad-hoc tasks as assigned What We Are Looking ForDegree holder preferably in law, finance, accounting or related disciplinesProfessional qualification on AML/CFT, e.g AAMLP/ CAMLP, CAMS, CGSS, etc. is an advantageAt least 5 years working experience in AML/ sanctions compliance in banking industryFamiliar with AML regulatory requirements and international sanctions regulations from UN, OFAC, EU, etc. Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skillsSound knowledge of banking products and operationsAble to work independently and make sound judgementProficiency in both written and spoken EnglishWhat we offerCompetitive base salary.
