Our promise is to ensure insight, innovation, and impact in every project we undertake.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site(4 months extendible) role for a SAP Delivery Senior Consultant based in Abu Dhabi. The SAP Cutover Delivery Senior Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities required to transition from legacy systems to the new SAP landscape during major releases or go-live deployments. This role ensures smooth cutover execution by managing data migration, system readiness, environment preparation, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment.The consultant acts as a key interface between project management, functional teams, technical teams, data migration teams, and business SMEs. They lead the creation of cutover plans, runbooks, and detailed schedules, while ensuring risks are identified, dependencies are managed, and go-live criteria are met.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end cutover planning for SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or integrations. Develop and maintain the cutover strategy, master cutover plan, and detailed cutover runbook.Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional SMEs, BASIS, security, data migration, infra, business) during cutover.Identify, document, and manage cutover dependencies across systems and business processes.Drive mock cutover rehearsals (Mock 1, Mock 2, Mock 3), post-mock reviews, and optimization.Oversee data migration waves, validation steps, load sequencing, and reconciliation.Manage technical cutover tasks such as transports, system refreshes, downtime activities, and checkpoint reviews.Facilitate go-/no-go readiness assessments and escalation processes.Prepare go-live support structures, hypercare planning, and stabilization handover.Mitigate cutover risks and issues through proactive tracking and communication.Provide expert guidance on best practices, cutover governance, documentation standards, and change control.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.Previous experience in IT solutions and consultancy within the Middle Eastern market is a plus.Required Qualifications:7–10 years of SAP implementation experience, with at least 3–5 years dedicated to cutover or release management.
