Conducts feasibility studies and recommends appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Informs the requestor of the cost and time estimate.Develops comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.Coordinates with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Creates detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials.Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
