Role OverviewAs an Operations & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to connection for our field reps and a key support partner for our Project Managers. You’ll help keep projects running smoothly through scheduling, task organization, and accurate data handling across multiple systems. If you're detail-driven, tech-savvy, and enjoy making things come together, this is for you!Location & ScheduleCollege Station, TX (Onsite)Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMTemp-to-Hire, with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent roleCompensation & Benefits$20–$24/hr, depending on experienceBenefits included401(k)Generous holiday and PTO scheduleOverviewAct as the primary point of contact for field reps via email and voicemailSupport Project Managers with scheduling, task organization, and project coordinationPerform high-volume data entry and ensure accurate information flow between systemsAssist in solving pay discrepancies and addressing staffing needsCollaborate with teams working on major clients and jump in on one-off projects as neededUse internal software and spreadsheets to monitor project progress and update reportsTech/SoftwareField rep reporting platforms (photos, Q&A, updates)Scheduling and payroll management toolsGoogle Sheets / Excel for data entry and basic trackingCulture FitIdeal for recent grads, career-changers, or those with retail experience looking to move into operationsStrong communication skills; comfortable talking with field reps and internal teamsDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented and energized by a collaborative, outspoken office cultureRetail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not requiredSupportive, close-knit Operations teamHighly collaborative, questions are always encouragedManagers who are approachable and hands-onTeam group activities to keep morale high
