Harrison Riedel FoundationSchool Coordinator Job descriptionEmployment Type: Part-Time (3 days/week)Salary: Competitive, based on experienceStart Date: ImmediateCritical: Australian citizen or permanent residentHybrid - Mainly working from home but will be expected to travel for meetings and presentationsABOUT THE HARRISON RIEDEL FOUNDATION:Founded in 2017, the Harrison Riedel Foundation (HRF) is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for young people. We create accessible, tech-driven support tools, including our flagship product, the YourCrew app — a preventative mental health resource that helps young people and their support networks navigate self-help and access professional support.Building on this foundation, HRF has developed two evidence-informed school programs:YourCrew Classroom – a teacher-led, inquiry-based program for secondary schools that promotes self-care strategies, respectful relationships, and help-seeking behaviours.Transition to High School – a ready-to-use program for Year 6 students, equipping teachers to deliver eight engaging lessons that build resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence as students prepare for high school.We will always seek to grow and build upon these two programs in the future.ROLE OVERVIEWAs a School Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of the Harrison Riedel Foundation. Leveraging your relationship-building skills, you’ll connect with schools across Australia, introducing them to the YourCrew Classroom and Transition to High School programs.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Initiate and develop new connections with schools.Nurture ongoing relationships with staff to ensure long-term engagement.Secure program bookings and support schools throughout the implementation process.Work closely with the CEO and School Manager to identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and grow the program’s reach.Maintain and update current programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective, including making edits where required.Contribute to the development of new school programs.Collate and report on impact data to demonstrate outcomes and inform future improvements.Your efforts will directly contribute to bringing vital mental health resources into more classrooms—helping students, teachers, and school communities build resilience, confidence, and stronger wellbeing outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and coordinate HRF contractorsDrive program bookings by engaging both warm and cold leads through a variety of methods, including cold-calling, meetings, networking, and creative engagement strategies.Meet or exceed booking targets to support the growth and reach of the YourCrew programs.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with schools, as well as education partners.Consult with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and ensure our programs deliver maximum impact.Develop a deep understanding of the Harrison Riedel Foundation’s programs and be able to communicate their value and outcomes confidently.Present at education conferences, council interagency meetings, expos, and school meetings to raise awareness and expand the reach of the programs.Provide flexible support across the organisation as needed, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Deep understanding of the education sector across Australia, ideally with a teaching background or equivalent experience.Demonstrated sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation.A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in engaging and managing multiple stakeholder groups, including schools and community organisations.A genuine interest in youth mental health and a passion for preventative, early intervention initiatives.WHAT WE OFFER:Join us to make a real difference in young people’s lives.
