PurposeThis role will be accountable to drive client primacy by executing on comprehensive partnership strategies and delivering on their measurable goals/targets, plans & initiatives support of the team’s overall objective and success. You will be responsible for managing and cultivating strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market presence aligning with IWM global strategic partnership strategies & objectives. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships contributes to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management (IWM) business line by supporting with establishing strategic partnerships that bring the whole Bank to Wealth clients and aligned with IWM’s strategic goals.
This is a demanding hands-on and strategic role which requires the candidate to be knowledgeable of the financial services sector, has client facing experience, and has in-depth experience collaborating with international teams. You should have the ability to execute on the IWM partnership strategy, actively arrange business cases and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. . Support sales disciplines appropriate to ensure that the partnership between Wealth and Partner Business lines achieves its objectives.
Responsible to communicate the results of all strategic partnerships, and implementation of collaboration strategies and best practices. Align Client-Centricity through Coaching & SupportWorks closely with the Relationship Managers, Team Leads, Wealth Advisors and other partners across the bank to jointly review client lists to identify prospects and provide education and coaching on the Total Wealth proposition, SWM offerings and other Banking solutions. Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Support, develop and execute partnership business development plans to drive measurable results and that aligns with the IWM strategic objectives. Provide support as needed to the team members at Wealth & Partner Business lines in identifying opportunities and finding solutions for prospects; available to attend occasional client meetings with advisors across the bank.

Education / Experience / Other InformationExperience in banking & wealth management, including responsibility for business development, sales management, and communicationResults orientated with proven teamwork and collaboration skillsGood understanding of the Bank’s structures, processes, resources, and delivery networks of financial products and services within the context of the Bank’s sales and service strategies across the various delivery channelsSolid understanding of the effect that change or new programs, products, systems, and regulatory requirements will have on existing operations and client offeringsStrong relationship management skills; ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/external partner relationshipsDemonstrated ability to influence and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writingDemonstrated flexibility in adapting to constantly changing environmentsPossesses excellent self-awareness and seeks feedback to leverage opportunitiesStrong organization and time management skills, and the ability to work independentlyDegree or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus in business or similar.
