Scrum Master

We are seeking experienced and motivated Scrum Masters to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.As a Scrum Master (APS 6), you will work within a multi-skilled, diverse team in one of the ATO’s delivery areas. You’ll be responsible for developing your teams’ knowledge of Agile practices, principles and cultures whilst removing delivery impediments and contributing to greater Agile Release Train priorities.You will facilitate and lead Agile events, assess the agile maturity of your team, champion agile values and collaborate across teams on shared work outcomes. You’ll assist the team to maintain or become high performing, while successfully managing the balance of delivery and continuous improvement responsibilities.These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Wollongong.We embrace the strength of diversity — through our people and the perspectives they bring.
