You will ensure that the team has the right environment, skills, and priorities to deliver high-quality software that supports HealthTech and GovTech solutions. Your role balances leadership, coaching, and process excellence – enabling the team to thrive while delivering value to customers.You will:Lead and support the team in their daily work, ensuring motivation, wellbeing, and professional development.Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog and secure realistic commitments.Create transparency on capacity, progress, and delivery for stakeholders.Remove impediments and support the team in continuous improvement of processes and practices.Ensure technical best practices are followed, in collaboration with Tech Lead architects and senior developers.Support recruitment, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the team.Drive a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability in alignment with Dedalus’ modernization journey.Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
