Teams develop cloud-native solutions, infrastructure components, and reusable platform capabilities used by multiple engineering teams globally.Your role is not just to run Scrum, but to help teams grow in maturity, ownership, and predictability within a complex engineering landscape where reliability, security, and scalability are essential. You will operate at the intersection of people, engineering complexity, and organizational change.Key responsibilitiesCoach Scrum teams toward higher maturity, ownership, and predictable deliveryFacilitate Agile events with clear purpose and impactDrive continuous improvement by addressing bottlenecks and collaboration gapsPartner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog quality and prioritizationImprove transparency around flow, dependencies, and impedimentsChallenge teams constructively on accountability, quality, and focusSupport self-management and cross-team alignment in a scaled Agile environmentYour profile7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or coaching role (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Lead, Project Manager)Experience in complex technical environments (software, platforms, IT infrastructure, product development)Strong coaching and facilitation skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to handle conflict constructivelyExperience improving delivery flow and team performanceExperience with scaled Agile environments (e.g. SAFe)Comfortable working with delivery metrics and engineering KPIsWhat we offerOne-year contractSalary indication €70–80K depending on experience8% holiday allowance40 vacation days (full-time basis)Solid pension schemeHigh degree of autonomy in the roleInterested?Please reach out to Marco Rondeel – High Tech Sourcemarcorondeel@hightechsource.nl | +31 6 2500 6094
