📍 Best, the Netherlands | Freelance | 20 hours/week | HybridWe are seeking a part-time Scrum Master to help drive Agile excellence across our robotics software development team. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams working on advanced automation technologies for the logistics and automotive sectors. Success in this position means enabling teams to deliver high-quality, iterative outcomes by fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and continuously improving Agile practices. As part of our growing engineering organization, you will play a key role in maintaining alignment and momentum across projects that integrate software, hardware, and robotics systems.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesGuide and support software teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practicesCollaborate with Engineering Leads and Project Managers to ensure effective sprint execution and cross-functional coordinationIdentify and help remove obstacles that may hinder team progressMaintain and refine workflows in Jira (or equivalent), ensuring process transparency and alignmentSupport hybrid Agile/waterfall coordination between software, hardware, and integration teamsMonitor Agile metrics and team dashboards to track progress and drive continuous improvementQualificationsRequired3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or engineering-focused environmentStrong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologyProficiency with Jira and related toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., software, robotics, integration)Ability to work as a registered freelancer/contractor in the Netherlands or EUAvailability of 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)PreferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or higher)Background in software development, robotics, automation, or embedded systemsFamiliarity with tools such as Confluence, Miro, or ClickUpExperience working in hybrid Agile environments or matrix organizationsWork EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position with flexibility for remote workOccasional on-site collaboration in the Eindhoven area may be requested based on team needsAbout MujinWe are a fast-growing robotics software company based in the Eindhoven area, dedicated to transforming the logistics and automotive industries through intelligent automation technologies.
