Let us build this, together!This is an exciting role and would entail you to Team Leadership: Manage a team of search and social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to achieve departmental and client goalsClient Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships. Provide strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and insights to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retentionManaging Search & Social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign briefTranslates business KPIs in channel KPIsCreation and set up of the campaignManagement of search campaigns on time on budget on targetTracks performance in reporting & dashboardsAnalysis and optimization of the campaignsWorks with Meta, Google & Bing team to troubleshoot performance related issues.You will be working closely withGlobal clients and account managers of our Media Services team. This role will report to the Director of Media Services.This may be the right role for you if you haveBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant Master's degree is a plus)Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial roleKnowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platformsExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
