This role will focus on processing candidate offers and managing the pre-employment process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and communication, we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryOversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordinationMaintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systemsCommunicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholdersFollow-up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring stepsEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliancePerforms other duties as assignedSkills & AbilitiesStrong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedSelf-motivatedProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
