SUMMARY: The Human Resources Representative supports a varietyof Human Resources functions with a focus on employee onboarding,credentialing, data management, and general HR operations. This roleprovides essential support to the HR team by maintaining accurateemployee information, assisting with day-to-day processes, andContributing To a Positive Employee Experience. ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete on-boarding and off-boardingprocesses for all employees and interns, including initiating backgroundscreenings, liaising with hiring managers and other internalstakeholders around start-date requirements, sending e-mailnotifications, tracking and collecting program orientation checklists,and coordinating and tracking company property assignments and relatedrecords. Manage all credentialing, including new and quarterlyre-appointments. Routinely update and maintain licensing database.Maintain and update employee data in electronic HR filing systems,including ADP, as needed and appropriate to role. Help manage HRdocumentation, including within personnel files and for compliancerequests. Provide administrative support across all HR functions asneeded. Assist with general employee inquiries. Assist with tasksrelated to the new employee orientation program. Coordinate and schedulemandatory trainings (e.g., CPR) and regularly update and maintain allonline training databases. Collaborate with HR Leadership on identifyingdepartmental needs, proposing PI initiatives, and defining strategies.Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.Perform all other duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, Experience, ANDSKILLS REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of theKnowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities Required To Perform The JobEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field preferred and/or three (3) years ofexperience in the Human Resources field, or any similar combination ofeducation and experience. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years ofHuman Resources experience. Skills: Ability to work independently andExcellent Organizational Skills Required. Computer Literate Andexperienced with current office, human resources, and payrollapplications, including ADP. Excellent communication skills and theability to work effectively with clients, visitors, peers, andmanagement. Ability to work under time constraints and prioritizeresponsibilities.
