This is your opportunity to manage a section of complex, luxury Fitout projects—ensuring flawless coordination, technical precision, and excellence in delivery.About Your TeamReporting to the Operations Department, you will lead and coordinate a section of Fitout works, managing teams, workflows, and performance to ensure seamless production and site delivery. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and factory teams to ensure your section meets the project’s quality, schedule, and cost objectives.Your RoleAs a Section Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of a defined section of high-end Fitout works—ensuring your scope is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and supervising a section of Fitout works from design coordination through site executionDeveloping detailed work schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts for your sectionCoordinating with design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely progressEnsuring all works align with project specifications, drawings, and quality standardsMonitoring site progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategiesLeading and developing section teams to ensure high performance and safe executionProviding regular progress updates, reports, and technical feedback to senior managementEnsuring compliance with safety protocols, authority requirements, and contractual obligationsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience8–12+ years of Fitout, joinery, or construction experience, preferably within the UAE or GCCStrong background in interior Fitout execution, site coordination, and technical supervisionKnowledge & ExpertiseSolid understanding of Fitout methodology, joinery production, and site sequencingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and BOQsProficiency in project and construction tools (MS Office, AutoCAD; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage)Top SkillsDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldProven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality work within defined timelinesStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsExcellent multitasking capability and attention to detailA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership presenceWhat We OfferThe chance to work on some of the UAE’s most prestigious Fitout developmentsA supportive and collaborative environment that values initiative and excellenceClear pathways for growth and professional developmentReady to build something exceptional?Join ALEC Fitout as a Section Manager and play a key role in delivering world-class interior environments while advancing your career in a high-performance, dynamic team.We look forward to hearing from dedicated professionals committed to delivering excellence.Apply today and be part of something outstanding!
