This role ensures strong detection, efficient incident response, and full visibility across critical systems while safeguarding infrastructure through effective vulnerability, configuration, and access governance. The mission is to build a resilient security operations foundation that supports audit readiness and strengthens our overall security posture.Please note that this is an Individual Contributor role for now, with the potential to grow into team leadership over time. The ‘Lead’ title reflects the need for someone who can spearhead our security operations and act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the organization’s security posture.🏢 Location & Work Mode:Location: Athens, GreeceHybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote, plus one month of work from anywhereFull-time role🍺 The fellowship you’ll be joining:Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure, you’ll work closely with our Security Engineering team, SRE, IT, and the Compliance department to ensure security controls are implemented effectively across the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams is essential for hardening, remediation, and operational improvements.
